- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tech Fortress’s information security, managed services, and SaaS offerings
- Prospect and generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Tech Fortress in the market
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Information Technology, particularly information security, managed services, and SaaS solutions
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long term client relationships and managing renewals or upsell opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with the Dubai and wider GCC market, including local business practices and regulations, is an advantage
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with a customer focused and ethical sales approach

Role Description
- The Information Technology Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Tech Fortress’s information security, managed services, and SaaS offerings.
- Day to day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- The specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
- The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Tech Fortress in the market.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
