Role Description

  • The Information Technology Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
  • This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Tech Fortress’s information security, managed services, and SaaS offerings.
  • Day to day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • The specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
  • The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Tech Fortress in the market.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology, particularly information security, managed services, and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long term client relationships and managing renewals or upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai and wider GCC market, including local business practices and regulations, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with a customer focused and ethical sales approach.
