Job Purpose

  • Support implementation of operational governance frameworks across Specialized’s Business Critical services
  • Ensure effective performance monitoring, documentation management, and alignment with SLAs and regulatory requirements
  • Focus on supporting sales operations, customer interactions, and service delivery activities

Key Functional Accountability

  • Support account planning and execution activities by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations
  • Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Support identification of sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling activities
  • Assist in executing sales plans and go to market activities in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams
  • Maintain and support strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and addressing customer needs
  • Support customer service operations by tracking service requests and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution and closure of tickets

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

  • 1 3 years

Educational Level

  • Bachelor's Degree

Most Preferred Education Field

  • Business Administration specialized in Sales (preferred) or a related field
