Requirements
- 1 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Sales preferred) or related field
- Experience in sales operations and customer interactions
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Purpose
- Support implementation of operational governance frameworks across Specialized’s Business Critical services
- Ensure effective performance monitoring, documentation management, and alignment with SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Focus on supporting sales operations, customer interactions, and service delivery activities
Key Functional Accountability
- Support account planning and execution activities by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations
- Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders
- Support identification of sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling activities
- Assist in executing sales plans and go to market activities in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams
