Job Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for supporting the implementation of operational governance frameworks across Specialized’s Business Critical services.
- Focuses on supporting sales operations, customer interactions, and service delivery activities.
Key Functional Accountability
- Support account planning and execution activities by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations.
- Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support the identification of sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling activities.
