Job Purpose

  • The role holder is responsible for supporting the implementation of operational governance frameworks across Specialized’s Business Critical services.
  • Focuses on supporting sales operations, customer interactions, and service delivery activities.

Key Functional Accountability

  • Support account planning and execution activities by coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer data, and monitoring sales operations.
  • Assist in client interactions by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support the identification of sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling activities.
  • Assist in executing sales plans and go to market activities in coordination with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Maintain and support strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and addressing customer needs.
  • Support customer service operations by tracking service requests and ensuring issues are followed up and resolved.
  • Assist in managing customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.

Minimum Years Of Relevant Experience

  • 1 3 years

Educational Level

  • Bachelor's Degree

Most Preferred Education Field

  • Business Administration specialized in Sales (preferred) or a related field
