We are seeking a hungry, results-driven
Sales Account Executive
to join our growing sales team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads and align on messaging.
- Share market feedback and client insights with the Head of Sales to inform strategy.
- Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand presence.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment.
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- A hunter mentality, self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfortable working with sales data.
- A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
