- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
- Drive revenue growth across mid market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
- Run high quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
- Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go to market strategy
- Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high performance mindset in every interaction
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, or full cycle SaaS closing roles
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision makers
- High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI driven products is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
