Responsibilities
- Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of KONE safety management system
- Cultivate an understanding and actively caring culture for safety
- Compile, maintain, and improve safety documentation
- Participate in unit safety committee and other safety forums
- Provide professional advice and support on safety matters
- Plan and implement projects to improve safety
- Work closely with customers and partners including subcontractors
- Support development and exercise of crisis and emergency response plans
- Monitor and develop safety risk management processes
- Collect, measure, and ensure accuracy of safety data and report performance
- Perform safety audits to verify compliance
- Analyse and investigate incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- NEBOSH certification mandatory
- 2 5 years of experience in safety
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Proficiency in problem solving, incident management, auditing, and analytical tasks
