- Support market penetration and expansion strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships including regular meetings and ongoing engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to development of tailored strategies per market
- Promote company products and services, ensuring strong knowledge of competitor offerings
- Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities across different countries
- Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to support decision making
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or any Business related field
- Proven experience in business development, client/partner relations or similar role
- Fluency in Russian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Self motivated and results driven
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client handling, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good management and leadership skills
- Computer literate
- Fluency in Uzbek is a plus

The Role
