- Define and create country specific marketing strategies
- Develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing and rollout plans for UAE
- Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate success based on KPIs
- Assist Marketing and Business Development functions with market research during new region penetration
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions
- Assist in ongoing marketing activities and support the marketing team and other regional teams
- Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
- Stay on top of current trends and best practices
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a business related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience within fintech or online trading sectors (advantage)
- Native Arabic language speaker and very good knowledge of English
- Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Strong project management skills (advantage)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Dynamic and target oriented

The Role
- We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast growing marketing function for the UAE market.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and create country specific marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing and rollout plans for UAE.
- Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
- Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage.
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
- Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary.
- Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
