About the Role
XM is looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the UAE market. You will define country-specific strategies, implement demand generation campaigns, support events, and coordinate with the marketing team.

Responsibilities
- Define and create country specific marketing strategies
- Develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing and rollout plans for UAE
- Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs
- Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary
- Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
- Stay on top of current trends and best practices
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a business related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience within the fintech or online trading sectors will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in the Arabic language will be considered an advantage
- Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Dynamic and target oriented

The Role

Main Responsibilities
- Define and create country specific marketing strategies
- Develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing and rollout plans for UAE
