The Role

Main Responsibilities

Main Requirements
- Degree in any business related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position including team management.
- Experience in financial services industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in Russian and English; Uzbek is a plus.
- Dynamic, innovative, and target oriented.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable with integrity and strong business acumen.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Very good people management and strategic thinking skills.
- Goal oriented with focus on result.
- Very good computer literacy.
