Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Russian speaking Marketing Specialist role based at Plekhanov University Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the university’s programs to Russian speaking audiences
- Create and localize marketing content
- Manage social media and digital channels
- Coordinate events and promotional activities
- Support student recruitment initiatives
- Conduct market research and monitor campaign performance
- Prepare reports and collaborate with academic and administrative teams
- Liaise with external agencies and media partners
- Help organize open days and fairs
- Contribute to outreach efforts across the UAE and Russian speaking regions
Qualifications
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken Russian, with strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and presentations
- Proven skills in content creation for digital channels
- Experience working in education, international recruitment, or a related sector is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment
