Role Description
- The Placement Specialist – Russian Speaker is a full time, on site role based at Plekhanov University Dubai.
- This position focuses on supporting students and graduates in securing internships and employment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on Russian speaking candidates and partner organizations.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Advising students on career pathways, preparing them for interviews, and assisting with resume and portfolio development.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local and international employers.
- Coordinating placement activities and events.
- Tracking placement outcomes and employer feedback.
- Collaborating with academic departments.
- Providing regular reporting on placement metrics.
- Ensuring all activities align with university policies and regional employment regulations.
Qualifications
