Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in higher education or related sectors
- Fluency in Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience developing and managing brand and content strategies
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and leadership abilities, including mentoring team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Head of Marketing role located at Plekhanov University Dubai.
- The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the university’s marketing and brand strategy, with a particular focus on Russian speaking markets and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
- Managing digital and traditional marketing channels
- Overseeing content creation for web, social media, and print materials
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Managing the marketing budget and tracking performance metrics
- Collaborating with admissions, academic departments, and leadership to support student recruitment, events, partnerships, and overall brand positioning
- Supervising and mentoring members of the marketing team
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in higher education or related sectors
