Paramount Hotels Dubai is recruiting a Runner to support guests and hotel operations.
The role focuses on luggage assistance, guest deliveries, directions, and information about hotel services.
Job Purpose
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure safe delivery, collection, and storage.
- Deliver guest messages, parcels, mail, and other items promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of guest deliveries and stored luggage.
- Provide directions and assistance throughout the hotel.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and outlets.
- Follow hotel procedures and actively promote hotel services.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within an international five-star hotel, preferably with 500 or more rooms.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- An additional language is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.
