Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards and keep them well-presented.
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas through KnowCross.
- Follow brand standards, quality audit standards, and health and safety requirements when handling cleaning materials.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer care and assist the housekeeping team with other tasks as required.
- Attend required training and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with good problem-solving abilities.
- Physical fitness to stand, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe chemical handling.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to challenging situations.
