Company Description

Operational
- Review guest history before creating guest folios for regular and VIP guests.
- Maintain accurate hotel occupancy positioning and room availability.
- Record corporate account numbers on guest folios to monitor business generated by companies.
- Manage calculated overbooking.
- Identify cost-effective resource use and educate the team.
- Maintain and update the corporate database and guest booking records.
Business Plan and Analysis
- Assist in developing occupancy forecasts for the annual budget.
- Handle additional responsibilities delegated by management.
Team Management
- Support the team in delivering effective and efficient services.
- Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in hotel management.
Additional Information
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
