IT Support Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritize technical requests according to operational needs.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and hotel IT systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment, and other IT devices.
- Support PMS, POS, PABX, Wi-Fi, access control, and other hotel operational technology.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters to the IT Assistant Manager or approved providers.
Systems and Security
- Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates, and security patches.
- Monitor systems and assist with backups, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain equipment inventories, software licences, warranties, service records, and IT incident records.
- Protect equipment, systems, and confidential information in line with company and hotel policies.
Coordination and Onboarding
- Coordinate IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and technical support.
- Set up IT equipment, accounts, and system access for new employees.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance on systems, applications, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, installations, and new technology implementations.
Service Standards
- Deliver professional and responsive IT support to employees and guests while maintaining confidentiality.
