- Support the implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks
- Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs)
- Monitor operational risk events and maintain risk registers
- Prepare risk reports for senior management and governance committees
- Assist with business continuity and resilience initiatives
- Monitor regulatory requirements and recommend improvements
- Develop and review policies, procedures and control documentation
- Work with business units to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or similar
- 5+ years' experience within Operational or Enterprise Risk
- Experience with governance, controls and risk reporting
- Knowledge of RCSA methodology
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
