Job Description
The Revenue Manager will drive revenue growth across hotels and brands by optimizing pricing strategies and channel performance.
The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, Front Office, and executive teams to achieve revenue goals.
The role includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the internal and external revenue management community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings using reporting data.
- Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify incremental profit opportunities across revenue centers.
- Conduct performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, front office, and reservations teams.
- Drive market share and optimize RevPAR through effective system use.
- Optimize hotel profits through online travel agencies and distribution networks.
- Maintain data quality and system hygiene across revenue management and distribution applications.
