Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor leads and inspires the Front Office team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role combines front office operational expertise, team support, and customer-focused service delivery.
Location
- The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a hotel front office environment.
Front Office Operations
- Lead, coach, and support the Front Office team throughout daily operations.
- Oversee front office procedures and brand standards and communicate operational updates.
- Perform check-in, check-out, guest request, account inquiry, and issue-resolution duties.
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, group requirements, and room allocations across hotel departments.
- Manage guest accounts, open folios, and credit processes accurately.
Team and Guest Service
- Drive promotions, identify upselling opportunities, and support enrollment initiatives.
- Support roster planning, onboarding, and payroll administration.
- Resolve guest concerns and operational challenges during peak periods or system disruptions.
