Job Description

  • Reports directly to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management of Accor Shared Service.
  • Responsible for assisting in planning, developing and executing overall Revenue Performance cycle for Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using OTA Insight/Rate Gain, EzRMS pace etc.
  • Analyze and report actual performance versus competitive set.
  • Carry out analysis of Booking Patterns & Market Trends.
  • Identify and propose hotel pricing strategy by market segment.
  • Identify and propose tactical offers to generate incremental revenues.
  • Prepare weekly 3 months forecast for different revenue streams.
  • Prepare revenue month end reporting.
  • Actively participate in production of hotel’s annual budget.
  • Prepare weekly Revenue/Sales Strategy Meeting.
  • Ensure timely formulation and circulation of revenue MIS reports.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Review and analyse daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Communicates analysis with management team.
  • Monitors and analyses room’s inventory utilising RMS.
  • Monitors competitive environment including pricing and strategies.
  • Facilitate sales team with performance analysis of top accounts.
  • Understands dynamics of local, regional and international environment.

Control & Strategies

  • Suggest short and long term sale controls and strategies.
  • Communicates controls and selling strategies with all concerned.
  • Responds to all group and MICE inquiries applying selling strategies.

Support & Training

  • Nurtures effective succession planning for Revenue and reservation team.
  • Assists in recruitment and training of new reservation team.
  • Maximizes usage of up selling and assist in up selling techniques.
  • Works closely with other departments for proper training.

System Maintenance

  • Ensures booking systems are regularly maintained and updated.
  • Monitors input of data with attention to rate controls and status options.
  • Effectively retrieve statistical information.
  • Ensures all rate codes are regularly reviewed and updated via TARs/OPERA.
  • Ensures promotions/packages are properly loaded in all applicable systems.
  • Ensures rate parity is maintained across all distribution channels.

Employee Handling

  • Instill training philosophies and work with Director of Talent and Culture.
  • Assist in building efficient team through multi skilling and flexible scheduling.
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal and give regular feedback.
  • Support departments in effective rostering.
  • Ensure all Heartists provide courteous and professional service.
  • Project positive motivated attitude and exercise self control.
  • Encourage culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) or Revenue Management Certification (e.g., HSMAI CRME) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or distribution within hospitality.
  • Proven experience in developing pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in managing revenue across multiple brands, segments, and markets.
  • Proficiency in RMS such as EzRMS, IDeaS, Duetto, Rate Gain, OTA Insight, or STR Global.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pricing optimization, and demand analysis.
  • Experience in leading revenue teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor teams on revenue management best practices.
