Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Pricing Strategy Manager to ensure pricing operations and systems align with strategic goals
- Work with various teams to support pricing activities, delivering data driven projects designed to generate additional revenue
- Assist pricing and route managers by identifying revenue opportunities through the use of data algorithms
- Conduct analytics on business scenarios, evaluate contingencies, and perform impact analyses to support strategic decision making
- Develop strategies to address unexpected business conditions, enabling timely decisions that result in increased revenue and cost savings
- Manage pricing strategies for ancillary products such as online upgrades, seat selection, and baggage, utilizing a data driven approach
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that leverage pricing and performance data
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for in house pricing tools
- Support the testing of pricing tools and system updates by applying real data scenarios
- Play an integral role in supporting pricing teams in maintaining Qatar Airways’ competitiveness and achieving revenue targets, including RASK objectives
- Contribute to the department’s revenue budget by providing analysis that highlight opportunities for expanding network pricing and generating incremental traffic
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Airline Revenue Management
- Knowledge of Revenue Management principles with a strong foundation in ATPCo standards
- Strong analytical ability and good understanding of economic concepts related to revenue management & pricing
- Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools like Ms. Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Good knowledge of airline pricing and revenue management systems and tools such as PROS, Amadeus, airline tariffs, APTCO or SITA fare filing, Pricing Systems (PLP, AirPrice SITA, AirNguru or Sabre), Infare or Group Revenue Management Systems

About You
