About the Role
MaintainX seeks a Revenue Enablement Manager to own live onboarding facilitation and serve as the dedicated enablement partner for the XDR organization. You will design and run programs, facilitate live training, and coach reps and managers.

Responsibilities
- Co own and facilitate blended New Hire University learning experiences for new hires across the revenue organization
- Partner with Sales Onboarding Program Manager to improve ramp time, content, and delivery quality
- Develop and deliver scalable training programs for the XDR organization covering prospecting, messaging, objection handling, qualification, and discovery
- Reinforce sales methodologies through workshops, role plays, and continuous learning initiatives
- Listen to live and recorded calls to provide targeted coaching and identify skill gaps
- Coach frontline XDR managers on effective call reviews, pipeline coaching, and rep development
- Create and maintain enablement resources such as call guides, objection libraries, playbooks, and LMS content
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a SaaS environment, with a track record of owning programs end to end
- 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience facilitating live training
- Strong coaching instincts and track record of developing reps and managers
- Solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, value selling)
- Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar

About the Role
- MaintainX is the world's leading AI powered maintenance and asset management platform.
- We are looking for a world class Revenue Enablement Manager to drive impact across onboarding and XDR enablement.
- This is a senior, high ownership practitioner role, not a coordinator or support role.
What You'll Do
- Onboarding Facilitation (~50%): Co own and facilitate blended NHU learning experiences.
- Partner with Sales Onboarding Program Manager to continuously improve ramp time and content.
- Support XDR onboarding and promotion pathing.
- XDR Enablement (~50%): Develop and deliver scalable training programs for XDR organization.
- Reinforce sales methodologies through workshops and role plays.
- Listen to calls to provide coaching and identify skill gaps.
- Coach frontline XDR managers on effective call reviews and pipeline coaching.
- Create and maintain enablement resources and drive tech stack adoption.
About You
- 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within SaaS, owning programs end to end.
- 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience facilitating live training.
- Strong coaching instincts and track record of developing reps and managers.
