About the Role

- Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile.
- Lead and grow a team of 4 6 product designers through 1:1s, career growth, and feedback.
- Translate product strategy into focused design execution, setting clear directional vision.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align on priorities and advocate for design quality.
- Raise the craft bar through design critiques, investment in design system, and ensuring consistency.
- Lead your team in adopting AI tools and practices to accelerate design work.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- 1–3 years of experience managing product designers
- Strong product thinking and craft judgment
- Ability to build trust through consistent, direct, and accountable leadership
- Experience with AI powered product experiences (nice to have)
- Experience with frontline, mobile first, or offline capable product design (nice to have)
- Background in industrial, operations, or maintenance adjacent domains (nice to have)
- Experience contributing to or scaling a design system (nice to have)
