Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze revenue related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify, investigate, and report revenue leakages, discrepancies, and operational irregularities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between operational systems, financial records, and customer transactions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue optimization
- Develop and maintain revenue assurance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Monitor system generated transactions and validate data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies and improve controls
- Conduct audits of operational and financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of revenue assurance controls and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare periodic management reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Audit, Business Intelligence, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and data validation processes
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- UAE Driving License
- Revenue cycle management: 3 years (Required)

Job Overview

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Audit, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and provide meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and data validation processes.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Operations, Parking Management, Transportation, Facilities Management, Retail, Telecommunications, or Service Industries.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with revenue assurance frameworks, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CISA, CBIP, or equivalent are an advantage.
