Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Revenue with administrative duties and reporting/analysis tasks
- Monitor competitive pricing and perform competitor checks
- Assist in identifying soft periods and developing promotions
- Support implementation of Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures
- Action Rate Solicitations and maintain rate plans
- Ensure Best Rate Guarantee compliance
- Assist with daily updates of Revenue Management Reports
- Assist in preparation of 30 60 90 day forecasts
- Participate in weekly Strategy Meeting and Daily Operations Meeting
- Review and analyze data on ongoing and end of month basis, provide monthly reports
- Analyze competitive reports and formulate suggestions using STR Reports
- Communicate daily with Reservations, Front Office, and Sales teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

About the role
- The Revenue Analyst will work with the Director of Revenue to define, design, develop and execute business reports and analyses that establish actionable business insights into the performance of both brand level and property specific revenue trends and opportunities.
What you will do
- Strategy Support: Assist Director of Revenue Management with administrative duties and reporting/analysis tasks.
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
- Assist DORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies.
- Support DORM in effective implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures.
- Action Rate Solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans.
- Ensure hotel has Best Rate Guarantee compliance.
- Assist DORM with daily updates of Revenue Management Reports and ensure accurate data input.
- Assist in preparation of 30 60 90 day fully updated Forecasts.
- Participate in property's weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to Daily Operations Meeting.
- Review and analyze data on ongoing and end of month basis; provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns.
- Analyze competitive reports and formulate appropriate suggestions for strategies through use of STR Reports.
- Daily communication with Reservations, Front Office, and Sales team to share best practices.
What you bring
- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
