About the role
- The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of all public areas of the hotel.
- This role ensures that every guest encounters a spotless, welcoming, and well maintained environment at all times.
What you will do
- Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room according to procedure
- Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check out rooms
- Provides turndown service for guests
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by housekeeping management
What you bring
- A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
- Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- An outgoing personality and a can do approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
