Job Purpose

The Retail Supervisor at The Laundry Hub is responsible for managing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth customer service, supervising customer service staff, and supporting overall retail performance of the branch.

The role ensures a high standard of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk & Store Operations

  • Supervise daily operations at the retail counter and reception
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of customer garments
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the outlet
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional appearance of the store

2. Team Supervision

  • Supervise customer service agents and front desk staff
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
  • Train staff on customer handling, billing, and system usage
  • Ensure team follows SOPs and company policies

3. Customer Service Management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Handle customer complaints, delays, and service issues professionally
  • Provide updates on order status and resolve escalations
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

4. Sales & Revenue Support

  • Promote services such as express laundry, premium care, and add-ons
  • Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Monitor daily sales and service targets
  • Assist in achieving branch revenue goals

5. Order & Process Monitoring

  • Track garment flow from collection to delivery
  • Coordinate with production/laundry team for timely delivery
  • Ensure accuracy in tagging, billing, and order updates
  • Reduce errors, delays, and customer complaints

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily operational and sales reports
  • Monitor cash handling and reconciliation at the counter
  • Report operational issues to management
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (laundry industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience handling POS systems or CRM software
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
