Job Description

  • New customer acquisition is key to business success; the unit drives acquisition and balance growth to deliver overall business goals.
  • Incumbent focuses equally on creating programs for new customer acquisition and building the book from existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Scout and identify potential opportunities.
  • Create streamlined process for campaign management.
  • Ensure all sales channels/segments are fully updated on all campaigns.
  • Develop sales kit and collaterals as well as brochures detailing product/campaign benefits.
  • Regular contact with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
  • Review funded and non funded accounts across new bookings and take remedial measures.
  • Review balance growth and take remedial measures from time to time.
  • Effectively manage all complaints raised by customers through various channels.
  • Develop clear SLA with GCE team and have periodic reviews to monitor progress.
  • Establish a clear resolution/escalation matrix.
