About the Role
Emirates NBD is looking for a Product Manager to support the launch, setup, and maintenance of Bancassurance products. The role involves managing the insurance P&L, driving digital initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall Insurance P&L by establishing close working relationships with stakeholders to deliver revenue and profit targets
- Support in the execution of Banca Business Plan across all insurance activities, with special emphasis on digital initiatives
- Leverage technology to streamline and enhance product offering and improve efficiency
- Work closely with cross functional teams to implement digital solutions
- Promote digital solutions to improve customer experience
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches including operational set up, marketing, sales training etc.
- Initiate, develop, maintain, and update processes for new product basis changing business needs and as per internal guidelines
- Coordinate with GOPS/Wealth Ops/IT in developing new or enhanced processes required for new products/ existing products & digital initiatives
- Collaborate with Business to understand their requirements and deliver Process support to simplify existing processes
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in processes and operational systems and streamline the same to enable ease of functioning
- Monitor processes to ensure that they are complaint with guidelines laid down by the Regulator and Bank’s internal policies and procedures
- Manage monthly reporting of Bancassurance financials, track performance of products and channels to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Private/Personal banking or division of a reputed Financial Institution
- Digital Project experience preferred
- Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Job Overview

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Private/Personal banking or division of a reputed Financial Institution
- Digital Project experience preferred
