Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate partners and individual clients to promote Shari'a compliant products, including Personal Finance, Credit Cards, and Auto Loans.
  • Business Development: Identify new corporate accounts and individual opportunities for onboarding customers seeking specialized financing solutions.
  • Targeted Cross selling: Achieve Cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
  • Compliance & Protection: Comply with all approved policies, procedures, and Islamic banking norms to protect the organizations and the customer's interests throughout the loan and card application process.
  • Service Excellence & Targets: Remain accountable for achieving sales targets for Personal Finance, Credit Cards and Auto Loans while ensuring high standards of customer service and monitoring client satisfaction levels.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updates on market trends, competitor offerings for financing products, and evolving customer needs within the UAE retail banking sector.
  • Expert Advisory: Provide professional and expert advice on Personal Finance, Credit Card and Auto Loan products to customers ensuring all business leads are effectively realized.
