Position Summary

Schedule and Workplace

• The schedule is full time.
• The role is not remote and is based at the Sheraton property in Dubai.
• The work requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.

Guest and Operational Duties

• Maintain clean work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Exchange information with colleagues using electronic devices such as pagers, radios, and email.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and prepare and review written documents accurately.

Service Standards

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate and address their service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Engage guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team in reaching common goals.

Safety and Conduct

• Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is specified.
