Role Overview
Swiss Connect Solutions FZE is hiring a professional, friendly, and well-presented Restaurant Receptionist or Hostess.
The position is in a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai and serves as the first point of contact for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience from reservation to departure.
- Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, reservations, and reservation updates.
- Confirm guest details, special requests, VIPs, celebrations, and dietary requirements.
- Provide information about the menu, restaurant, seating areas, opening hours, and policies.
- Escort guests to tables and coordinate handover with the waiter and service team.
- Manage walk-ins, waiting lists, inquiries, missed calls, and upcoming reservations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain an elegant reception area and follow grooming standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous receptionist or hostess experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, confident, friendly, and well-presented demeanor.
