Join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai as a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist / Hostess.
Provide a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience from reservation through departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservations.
- Manage reservations and confirm guest details, special requests, VIPs, celebrations, and dietary requirements.
- Provide information about the menu, restaurant, seating areas, opening hours, and policies.
- Escort guests to tables and coordinate with the service team for smooth guest flow.
- Manage walk-ins and waiting lists, and follow up on inquiries, missed calls, and upcoming reservations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain an elegant reception area and follow professional grooming standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous receptionist or hostess experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Good computer and reservation system knowledge.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
- Well-presented and familiar with luxury hospitality standards.
