Work as an experienced, professional, and guest-focused waiter in a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
Provide excellent table service, manage an assigned section, and deliver a warm and memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and communicate orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, allergens, prices, and promotions.
- Recommend food and beverages and use professional upselling techniques.
- Maintain clean, properly set tables and take responsibility for the assigned section.
- Monitor guest needs, service times, delays, allergies, dietary requirements, and celebrations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, reception, cashier, and other team members.
- Handle minor complaints, escalate serious issues, and verify bills, discounts, and payments.
- Complete opening, closing, and handover duties while following service and conduct standards.
Candidate requirements
- Previous waiter experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is required.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, guest-service, menu knowledge, and upselling skills are required.
- Professional appearance, personal hygiene, teamwork, organization, punctuality, and attention to detail are required.
- The ability to work under pressure and a passion for high-quality service are required.
