A luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai is hiring an experienced, professional, and hands-on Floor Manager.
The role oversees daily floor operations, leads the service team, coordinates events and buffets, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant floor operations, including VIP and event areas.
- Supervise, assign, and support waiters, food runners, and service staff.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and maintain smooth, efficient service.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, reception, cashier, beverage, and management teams.
- Plan event setup, staffing, seating, service, and guest requirements.
- Supervise buffet setup, presentation, replenishment, and service.
- Welcome and communicate with VIP guests and event organizers.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and coach staff and monitor grooming, hygiene, and performance.
- Monitor equipment, breakages, wastage, and operational issues.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with overall restaurant operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Events Manager, or similar.
- Experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or high-end hospitality.
- Proven experience managing events and buffets.
- Strong leadership, communication, guest-relations, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Package and Benefits
