Luxury Fine Dining Restaurant | Dubai, UAE
We are hiring a
professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist / Hostess
to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience from reservation to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle
telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservations
.
- Manage and update reservations accurately.
- Confirm guest details, special requests, VIPs, celebrations, and dietary requirements.
- Provide accurate information about the menu, restaurant, seating areas, opening hours, and policies.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handover to the waiter.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries, missed calls, and upcoming reservations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area.
- Follow professional grooming and appearance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a
Receptionist / Hostess in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
.
- Fluent English
is mandatory.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and friendly personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
