Role Overview
Senior restaurant operator role overseeing operations across multiple restaurant and client locations.
The role focuses on improving restaurant performance, developing management teams, maintaining service standards, and driving profitability.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
Working Pattern
- The schedule is 9 hours per day, 5–6 days per week, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Dubai, with travel between restaurant venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant venues, initially two locations.
- Manage, coach, and hold Venue Managers and restaurant leadership accountable for performance.
- Review sales, food cost, labour cost, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct venue visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Implement action plans to improve service, efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
- Ensure SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food safety requirements are followed.
- Deliver or support restaurant training and coaching.
- Work with restaurant owners and clients on recommendations and progress updates.
- Support pre-opening, post-opening, turnaround, and operational improvement projects.
What We Need
- At least 5 years of strong restaurant operations experience, preferably in a senior or multi-site role.
- Proven experience managing multiple restaurants or venues.
- Experience managing and developing Restaurant, Operations, or Venue Managers.
- Knowledge of restaurant P&L, food and labour costs, sales, and operational KPIs.
- Strong training, coaching, and service-quality experience.
- UAE restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
- Confidence working with restaurant owners, senior management, and clients.
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach and willingness to travel between venues.
