The business operates across food, nutrition, and FMCG products and is expanding its presence in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage senior management calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, and video calls.
- Manage executive emails, correspondence, confidential documents, and records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, Excel sheets, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, business partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track action items, deadlines, follow-ups, and executive priorities.
- Conduct basic business research and support ad hoc requirements.
- Support senior management with day-to-day business coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Director, or senior executive is required.
- Experience in a business, FMCG, trading, retail, consumer, or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace skills are required.
- The candidate must be organized, proactive, independent, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- UAE or Dubai experience is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- The posting states full-time employment.
- The salary is listed as AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month, while another pay field lists AED 10,000 to AED 11,952.40 per month.
