About the role
A UAE-based children’s sports academy specializing in rhythmic gymnastics and other sports programs is hiring an Enrolment & Sales Executive.
The role converts parent enquiries into paid student enrolments and manages the customer journey from enquiry to registration.
The position reports to the General Manager and covers Dubai and Sharjah.
Employment and schedule
- The role is full-time.
- The schedule covers six days per week: Saturday, Sunday, and four weekdays, with one weekday off.
Key responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, walk-ins, and events.
- Understand children’s needs, recommend suitable programs, and follow up on leads.
- Convert enquiries into registrations and payments, including booking trials and assessments.
- Handle objections, close enrolments, and follow up with families for renewals.
- Maintain CRM or Google Sheets records and track lead activity, conversions, and lost leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with coaches and operations on class availability, placement, and onboarding.
- Support school and nursery outreach, open days, and academy events.
Requirements
- At least three years of sales, admissions, enrolment, or customer-facing experience is required.
- Proven lead conversion and target-based sales experience is required.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills are required.
- Strong follow-up, objection-handling, closing, CRM, Google Sheets, and lead-tracking skills are required.
- Experience in children’s sports, fitness, gyms, nurseries, schools, or education is preferred.
- The candidate must be willing to work weekends with a weekday off.

Compensation
- The posting states compensation of AED 30,000–AED 48,000 per month plus a performance-based percentage.
