Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, service quality, guest satisfaction, and company standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the team in a positive and collaborative environment.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and improve the guest experience.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and support revenue growth through upselling and operational strategies.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and food quality compliance.
• Analyze performance and improve outlet efficiency and profitability.

About You

• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or F&B Management and/or a Health and Safety certification is advantageous.
• Six to eight years of hospitality or food and beverage experience is required, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control is required.
• Leadership and team development skills are required in a fast-paced environment.
