- Lead and manage floor service during assigned shifts, ensuring all guest touchpoints meet or exceed expectations
- Monitor table status, pacing, and service timing in coordination with kitchen and bar teams
- Ensure team adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- Conduct pre shift meetings to align the team on updates, specials, and service priorities
- Greet guests warmly and engage throughout service to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
- Manage guest complaints with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
- Monitor reservation flow and collaborate with hosts to optimize seating and efficiency
- Supervise servers, assistant servers, and hosts during service to maintain quality standards
- Provide on the floor coaching and real time support to build confidence and consistency
- Identify training needs and partner with leadership on development initiatives
- Foster a team culture of accountability, support, and collaboration
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and completion of side work
Requirements
- 3 8 years experience in a luxury hotel or high volume upscale dining environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant floor operations and service standards
- Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional guest interaction and service recovery abilities

Job Description
- We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead service operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the energy and flow of the floor reflect Faena's unique cultural and service ethos.
- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service on the floor, supervising front of house staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences throughout the restaurant.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for guest recovery, supports team training and development, and leads by example to uphold Faena's hospitality standards.
