Role Overview

Outlet Operations

• Oversee operational and administrative aspects of the outlet and enforce policies, SOPs, operational standards, and quality measures.
• Supervise restaurant maintenance and cleanliness and follow up with engineering and housekeeping colleagues on required actions.
• Manage reservations, seating capacity, menus, point-of-sale setups, leave records, meetings, and outlet documentation.

Planning and Financial Management

• Work with Food and Beverage Management and Culinary teams on menus, pricing, promotions, and festive events.
• Plan manpower, equipment, supplies, rosters, and headcounts according to forecasts, business volume, and budgeted labor costs.
• Monitor monthly P&L and analyze outlet financial information under applicable accounting procedures.

Team and Guest Experience

• Provide leadership, direction, training, evaluation, scheduling, counseling, and motivation to restaurant colleagues.
• Review audits, guest comments, and incident reports to improve service and food and beverage quality.
• Ensure VIP guest needs and customer complaints are handled effectively and guest satisfaction standards are achieved.

Candidate Requirements

• High School qualification or equivalent is required; a degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management is listed as an additional qualification.
• The role requires at least two years of experience as a restaurant manager and experience with restaurant POS and cashiering procedures.
• The candidate must be fluent in French; additional languages are advantageous.
