About the Role
One&Only The Palm seeks a Restaurant Hostess to create a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support special events in a luxury 5-star resort.

- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and service flow
- Maintain an organized and updated reservations system
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to service and kitchen teams
- Answer telephone inquiries regarding reservations, menu details, and restaurant policies
- Support the service team during peak hours as needed
- Ensure hostess stand, entrance area, and menus are clean and presentable
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Assist in coordinating special events, group bookings, and VIP arrangements
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in an upscale 5 star hotel or resort restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is highly regarded

- Dynamic team player committed to delivering the highest level of guest service.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language highly regarded.
