Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and service flow
- Maintain an organized and updated reservations system
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to service and kitchen teams
- Answer telephone inquiries regarding reservations, menu details, and restaurant policies
- Support the service team during peak hours as needed
- Ensure hostess stand, entrance area, and menus are always clean and presentable
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Assist in coordinating special events, group bookings, and VIP arrangements
Requirements
- Arabic or Russian language proficiency
- Previous experience in a hostess or guest service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage reservations and seating flow efficiently
- Professional grooming and presentation

Position Overview
- Restaurant Hostess Zest Restaurant (Arabic/Russian Speaker) at One&Only The Palm, Dubai.
- Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest.
- Oversees reservation and seating flow, maintains excellent guest engagement, and ensures efficient service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
