Role Overview
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for its Sales & Marketing team.
The role focuses on generating new business, managing key client accounts, and growing hotel revenue across multiple market segments.
Responsibilities
- Generate business and revenue across corporate, leisure, groups, and MICE segments.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and event partners.
- Identify opportunities through proactive sales calls, client visits, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, sales calls, and client entertainment.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, meeting facilities, events, and related services.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Negotiate rates and commercial agreements in line with the hotel's revenue strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, account production, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to support conversion and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Current or recent sales experience in a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
