Restaurant Hostess (Arabic Speaker)
to join One&Only team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.
He/she will work closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure One&Only service standards exceed the experience of the guest.
Where you will be responsible for assisting Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain resort standards.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- A knowledge of the menu.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
- To assist with any other duties that are required by the member of the management team.
- Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
- Strong F&B knowledge in levantine cuisine is a must.
- Should have excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele.
- Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests.
- Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded.
