Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently at restaurant point of sale terminals
- Operate POS systems with speed and precision, ensuring correct item entry, discounts, and tax calculations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide friendly, professional service during peak hours
- Reconcile daily cash drawers, generate sales reports, and maintain compliance with end of shift balancing protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and assist with light stocking or front of house support as needed
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with UAE F&B regulations

About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently at restaurant point of sale terminals.

- Preferred: Arabic Language Proficiency, Experience in Quick Service or Fine Dining Restaurant Settings, familiarity with Zomato / Talabat / Deliveroo order interfaces.
