Role Overview
The Assistant General Manager supports the overall success of high-volume, premium dining operations.
The role works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, brand standards, and guest experience.
The position requires strong operational acumen, people leadership, and a passion for exceptional guest service.
Candidate Profile
- Have proven management experience in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Have experience in high-volume restaurants and managing large teams.
- Understand hospitality trends, guest preferences, and premium dining operations.
- Be currently based in Dubai and available for a face-to-face interview.
- Have hands-on experience with budgeting, P&L management, and performance analysis.
- Be able to lead and develop teams in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Drive operational best practices to improve productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards.
