Role overview
Plan and coordinate housekeeping manpower requirements for MICE events.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels, efficient resource utilization, service quality, and budget compliance.
Manpower forecasting and planning
- Develop event-specific forecasts based on event type, venue size, cleaning scope, and service duration.
- Analyze historical utilization data and event trends.
- Review event calendars and confirmed bookings to establish workforce requirements.
- Adjust staffing plans for changes, cancellations, and last-minute requirements.
Operational coordination
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Management, Operations, scheduling teams, and manpower providers.
- Communicate approved plans and support resource deployment across venues and events.
Budget and reporting
- Plan manpower within approved budgets and monitor forecasted versus actual utilization.
- Escalate resource risks and support cost optimization.
- Maintain deployment records, prepare utilization reports and post-event analyses, and recommend improvements.
